You can return any of the goods received, excluding Bespoke Products (see below for Bespoke Products), provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging or packaging of similar quality and protection to prevent damage in transit. Any items should be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to our warehouse in central Illinois. Jump 4 Joy USA does not offer a free freight service for returned items. The cost of delivery and insurance for returning items to Jump 4 Joy USA will be at your expense. Jump 4 Joy USA will refund or exchange the price of the goods (excluding Bespoke Products or products that have been diminished in value e.g. damaged). Jump 4 Joy USA will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost whilst being returned to it. Upon return, Jump 4 Joy USA will deduct the corresponding amount of the diminution in value of any products returned that are received by Jump 4 Joy USA in imperfect condition.
These are products that are made to your specification or personalised e.g. a product with your own particular combination of colours or designs, or products which incorporate your own particular/specific design or logo. Jump 4 Joy cannot issue refunds for Bespoke Products. If Bespoke Products are faulty, they will be dealt with in accordance with the terms of the Guarantee. Jump 4 Joy has the right to recover all reasonable expenses involved with designing and manufacturing any Bespoke Product.
