We do not hide shipping costs in the price of our products allowing us to offer the highest quality product at the most affordable prices on the market. Shipping is a process, but we will do all the work and follow your shipment until it reaches you! Here is some helpful information:
We deliver nationwide to USA and Canada (customs taxes & duties apply to Canadian shipments). We will provide you with a shipping estimate, however your actual quote will be determined at packaging. Freight charges are based on weight & measurements of your final packaged order + route and distance to your destination. We receive discounted rates and shop 6-8 carriers to obtain the very best rates for our customers. Tracking is provided once your shipment is picked up by the carrier. Please note that we require accurate delivery information and a contact phone number.
Important note: If you request a change in delivery address once your shipment is en route, you will be responsible for additional fees charged by the freight carrier. This additional fee is typically a minimum $100. Likewise, if you do not allow us to arrange liftgate service as part of your quote and request the service from driver at time of delivery, you will be responsible for the additional charges. We try to seek out carriers with complimentary liftgate service.
Freight carriers consider most farms and equestrian facilities "residential, rural or limited access" and may add a surcharge $75+. If you have a nearby commercial business (feed store, tack store, construction company, etc) willing to accept your delivery, we can secure a less expensive Business to Business rate. Most customers, however, prefer the convenience of having shipments delivered directly to their riding facilities.
Please carefully count, check and sign for your boxes and pallets upon receipt as Jump 4 Joy cannot be liable for any shortage or damage if goods are signed for by you as complete and in good condition. Look for breakage in the plastic wrap and cardboard covering your items. Freight terminals often move shipments around with forklifts and a careless operator can cause damage to your designs. Upon receipt of goods you must therefore inform the delivery driver of any shortages or damage. Please take a photo at time of delivery and alert us to any issues. 309.826.7433
Delivery dates are given as an estimate when the order is placed, but please be aware they may change due to circumstances beyond our control. We aim to get in-stock orders to you within 1-2 weeks but are not responsible for carrier delays. For custom orders from England, we estimate 8-10 weeks for manufacturing and transit to our warehouse. As custom orders are hand made to your specific requirements, some seasonal variations may occur in delivery times and your order may take longer e.g. during peak Summertime and Christmas time.
If you prefer, you may collect your order from our warehouse in central Illinois. If you let us know when you place the order that you wish to collect it, we will inform you when it is ready for collection. There may also be opportunities to pick up your order from us at a regional show. A nominal transport fee will apply.
